Edwidge DeJean,
Stage Manager – As Stage Manager, Edwidge DeJean has toured
with over 500 performances for The Miami City Ballet, in such prestigious
venues such as The Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington,
DC and Jackie Gleason Theatre for Performing Arts in Miami, Florida.
Ms. DeJean has had the great fortune to work under the wing of Stage
Management Guru Mr. Mark Cole. She has had the privilege of working
with wonderful people, masters of their profession, who were wise
and patient in sharing their knowledge. She is grateful for their
kindness to her. Edwidge is also a trained actor, having obtained
her BFA in Theatre from Florida International University, whose
fellow alumni include Director Boris Kievsky and Playwright France-Luce
Benson. A natural singer, Ms DeJean has surprised many a colleague
with her powerful renditions of Aretha Franklin and Tina Turner
classics. She is currently developing her latent songwriting talents
by learning to play the guitar. |

Boris Kievsky, Director
– The Sky Over Nineveh marks Boris's second production
under THEATRE OF
RELATIVITY. He is grateful daily
for the labor of love that this process has been. Past productions
include Two Thirds (Jessi Slater), Lucas and Zoë (Matt
Tomasino), The Waking Prince (Fred Folmer), The Dreamer
Examines His Pillow (Shanley), a flopnight of monologues called
Rants and Misfires, and various readings, all at manhattantheatresource.
Prior to finding a home at TheSource, Boris directed numerous pieces
in development lab productions at the Ensemble Studio Theatre, where
he was also assistant director for the world premier of Frank Gilroy's
Contact with the Enemy; directed Undreamed Opportunity
at PULSE, and several college productions, new and classic, including
Pinter's The Collection. Boris holds a BFA from Florida
International University (Miami, FL), and a Post-Grad Certificate
from Mountview Theatre School (London, UK). Working with this team
of artists has continually redefined Isaac Newton's quote "If
I have been able to see further than others, it is because I have
stood on the shoulders of giants." More information on Boris
is available at www.theboris.com. |

Mac Rogers, Playwright
– Mac Rogers has been writing plays since the fourth grade,
and he likes it just as much now as he did then. NYC productions
include Dirty Juanita and The Second String with
Gideon Productions, Wine and Roll with Major Deegan
Lab, and a remount of Roll with Kef Productions and Ring
of Fire. Mac's play Happening To Your Body was performed
in the Estrogenius Festival at Manhattan Theatre Source and got
a fairly spiffy mention in the New York Times, some of which goes
"The premise is clever... the language is memorable... Rod
Serling would have approved." Mac is really happy to be creating
The Sky Over Nineveh with Boris Kievsky and the Theatre
of Relativity. |
